DR. KEN MACKENZIE,
B.Sc. (Hon), DVM

I was born and raised in Windsor and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1994. I joined the Tecumseh Animal Hospital team in 2012 and eventually became an owner. I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children, two dogs and cat. In my spare time I enjoy cooking and camping.

DR. SHANNA PERRY,
B.Sc. (Hon), B.Vet.Med, CVA

I joined the Forest Glade Animal Hospital team in 2013 and eventually became a practice owner. I have worked on both large and small animals in Midland and Bracebridge Ontario where I focused on small animals, particularly learning the art of acupuncture. Since arriving at Forest Glade I have taken special interest in orthopaedic surgery and I love the challenge! When I'm not 'knee' deep in work, I love all aspects of life near the great lakes - swimming, boating, camping and sunsets with my young family and our cat.

DR. HEATHER EGAN, D.V.M. (Hon)

Born and raised in Windsor, I joined the team at Forest Glade & Tecumseh Animal Hospitals as an Associate Veterinarian in 2019, following a decade in private practice. I became a practice owner in 2021 and look forward to many more years with this incredible team. In my time away from the hospitals, I enjoy yoga, reading and camping with my husband, three children and French Bulldog Rex.

DR. AMANDA SEGEREN, B.SC. (HON), MVB (HON)

I joined the team at Forest Glade & Tecumseh Animal Hospitals as an Associate Veterinarian after graduating from the University College Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. I was born and raised on a pig farm in Chatham-Kent. Travelling, hiking, camping and spending time with my family, are a few of my favourite things. My two nieces and two nephews have stolen my heart, along with my fur baby Tucker. I am so grateful to be working in a career I've had a passion for since day one!

DR. ALI MILETIC, B.Sc.(Hon), MVB, COAC

I joined the Forest Glade Animal Hospital team in September of 2024 after returning to my hometown of Windsor. After graduating from UCD Dublin in 2015, I started my career working exclusively with horses. I made the switch to small animal practice in 2021. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my husband, son and Greyhound Tilly. I became certified in Animal Chiropractic in 2020 and really enjoy helping pets feel their best!

DR. LIAM CHURCH-MCGINTY B.SC.(Hon), D.V.M (Hon)

Growing up in Essex County surrounded by dogs and cats, I developed a passion for caring for animals. This passion brought me to the Ontario Veterinary College, where I graduated in 2025. I was thrilled to join the team at Forest Glade and Tecumseh Animal Hospitals in July of 2025. When I am not in clinic, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking, playing baseball, paddleboarding and taking my dog Milo to the local disc golf course. I am grateful to practice in the community I grew up in and am excited to get to know my patients and their families.

REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS (RVT)

Deanna RVT

I have been working as a Registered Veterinary Technician since 1993. I joined the Forest Glade and Tecumseh Animal Hospital team in 2016. I have obtained certification in Small Animal Veterinary Ultrasound. My love for animals was rooted at a young age where I spent my spare time in the barn with my chickens, ducks, rabbits, ferrets, cats and birds. Now I spend my free time with my husband, son and dog Calvin.

Sarah RVT

Head Registered Veterinary Technician

Sarah is a Registered Veterinary Technician who joined the team in November 2019. She is a proud owner and loving mother of 2 dogs, Bailey and Stark. Outside of work, Sarah is an avid adventurer who loves hiking and camping. Her love for nature seamlessly translates into her love and care for animals inside and out of our hospitals.

Amber RVT

I joined the Forest Glade Animal Hospital team in Sept 2020. I’ve been an RVT since 2006. I have a cat named Angel who is 16 years young. I’m a mother of two and an avid gardener. I enjoy water sports, with a special interest in boating.

ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANTS

Tessia

I joined the Forest Glade & Tecumseh Animal Hospital team in 2022 as an Animal Care Attendant. I am a student at the U of Windsor pursuing an undergraduate degree in Health & Biomedical Sciences. I have 2 cats, Dweezil and Savannah, 2 dogs, Booboo and Sugar, a few small critters and a mini horse named Timbit. When I'm not in school or at work, I enjoy horse riding and swimming.

Sarah

I have been working as an Animal Care Attendant since the summer of 2016. I graduated from the University of Guelph as a Horse Industry Technician. I have 2 dogs, Chevy & Ruby, a six toed cat named Ruegen, 2 horses and 2 mini horses, one of which is named Ginny who has a prosthetic leg. In my spare time I enjoy reading and riding my horses.

Alex

I’ve been part of the team since April 2025. I am currently a Veterinary Technician student at St. Clair college. I have three dogs - Gilmour, Chloe, and Joey. Two cats - Ernie and Ginny, and one betta fish and three cory catfish! I usually spend my free time cuddling my animals or finding new shows to watch! I make sure every animal that comes in feels as loved and comfortable as possible!

Cindy

I have been working as a Veterinary Receptionist at the Tecumseh Animal Hospital for over 30 years. My family and I have a German Shepherd named Blaze. On my spare time I enjoy camping, reading and riding motorcycles.

Tanya

I started working with Forest Glade & Tecumseh Animal Hospitals in March 2019. I work full-time as a Veterinary Receptionist and have been working in this profession for 15 years. When not at work, I enjoy baking, cooking and paddle boarding with my Pompoo Macy.

Kelly

I joined the Forest Glade Animal Hospital team in December 2021, continuing my 14 year career in the veterinary field. I split my time between the Forest Glade and Tecumseh Animal Hospital locations in dual roles as Veterinary Receptionist and Animal Care Attendant. I love to spend time camping, gardening and cooking with my boyfriend Jordan and our two dogs Artie and Gertrude. My home zoo is completed by two cats-Oreo and Leo and my 15 year old rabbit Ace.

Practice Manager

I joined Forest Glade Animal Hospital team in 2016. I am a 2014 graduate from the Veterinary Technology Program at Ridgetown College . After graduation I moved to Alberta where I worked at a mixed animal hospital. I currently share my home with my husband, our three boys, two cats Max and Sterling and two dogs Cap'n and Baites. I now work as the Practice Manager for Forest Glade and Tecumseh Animal Hospitals.

Cait

I am a Registered Veterinary Technician who started working with the Tecumseh and Forest Glade team in January 2021. I have obtained certification in Advanced Anesthesia and Surgical Pain Management and I am still looking for ways to improve my skills. Being born and raised in Windsor, I love showing my son everything our area has to offer, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing and camping! When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and son, We are currently searching for a new furry family member! I have quickly become the resident pastry chef and I am always spreading joy with my homemade cookies, cakes and homemade bagels!

Manager of People & Culture

I first joined the Forest Glade & Tecumseh Animal Hospital teams in 2017. Originally from the East Windsor area, my family and I enjoy skiing and travelling within Canada. My new role as manager of people and culture will allow me to support our diverse teams as we continue our professional lifelong learning journey and providing exceptional patient care. We will also continue to support various organizations in our community!
